This is the labor market trend, over a five-year horizon, for an occupation for Quebec as a whole and for all regions of Quebec. The employment prospects are qualified according to four levels of diagnosis:
Excellent: when it is estimated that, for the period analyzed, the number of workers available will be insufficient to meet the needs of employers (context of labour deficit).
Good: when it is estimated that, for the period analyzed, the number of workers available will be sufficient to meet the needs of employers (context of balance between labour supply and demand).
Limited: when it is estimated that, for the period analyzed, the number of workers available will be greater than the needs of employers (context of labour surplus).
